Four categories of risk, four structural answers — from the land deed to the meter reading.

Land title disputes

We run a 30-year retrospective title search at Tehsil level, backed by GIS validation, before any token payment is made. Every parcel is confirmed clean and contiguous.

Offtake default

Every PPA is backed by an LC or escrow covering 3-6 months of billing, with legally enforceable take-or-pay clauses built in from signing.

Construction quality dilution

Electrical works stay in-house, with zero sub-contracting. A dedicated field quality plan checks every stage before it's signed off.

Improper maintenance

We hold 25-year lifecycle accountability through performance-based O&M contracts, with proactive monitoring that catches issues before they cost generation.
